Job Context:
∎ - We are looking for some dynamic, passionate and hard working candidates as Visa Counselor who will be able to counsel the clients related to various visa related support
∎ - Office Hour: 10AM - 7PM (01 Hour Lunch Break)
∎ - Graduation in any discipline is required
∎ - Must have minimum 06 months work experience
∎ - Location near to office shall be given preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Telling details about our service to clients by phone calls.
∎ - Provide detailed information about our service to clients face to face inside office.
∎ - Work closely with clients to assess and determine eligibility
∎ - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering the enquiries.
∎ - Achieve the organisation target goal monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ - Assist and report to Higher-Level Management.
∎ - Preparation of different applications and advise clients on supporting documents.
∎ - Client files management.
∎ - Generate ideas to increase sales.
∎ - Work closely with other stakeholders to achieve various achievements.
∎ - Communicating with various professional associations, universities, offices & clients.
∎ - Provide end to end service to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ - Follow up with existing and potential clients.
∎ - Meet deadlines and prioritize workload under pressure.
∎ - Other duties must be performed if assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Incentive will be provided for successful client dealings.
