∎ Assist the Principal in the overall administration and academic management of the school.
∎ Supervise and guide teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and delivery.
∎ Oversee student discipline, welfare, and academic performance.
∎ Maintain communication with parents and address their concerns.
∎ Implement and monitor school policies, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
∎ Support teacher training and professional development programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
