Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge of teaching & at least 15 years’ experience in education sector  according to Nation Curriculum Syllabus for Middle School.
∎ Assist the school principal in management of student affairs, including strategic planning and placement of students as well as administration of student programmers.
∎ Assist the school principal in overall school organization and administration matters.
∎ Assist to ensure security and emergency planning for the school.
∎ Ensure service excellence initiatives and delivery of quality of service to stakeholders.
∎ Provide good communication, publicity and management of public feedback.
∎ Strategically plan and manage resources of the school.
∎ The Vice Principal should have a passion for education and working with youths.
∎ Good skills in handling student discipline and training staffs, meeting with parents and planning emergency drills.
∎ He/She should have overall Planning of school improvements.
