• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and administration in an English medium school, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Familiarity with preschool and elementary-level curricula and the Montessori method (preferred).

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A practicing Muslim with a commitment to upholding Islamic values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in leading the academic and administrative functions of the school.

• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring alignment with the British, US, and Madina University standards.

• Supervise and mentor teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction in preschool and elementary levels.

• Ensure a nurturing, Islamic-centered environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and improvement plans.

• Coordinate professional development and training sessions for staff, emphasizing Montessori methodologies where applicable.

• Engage with parents and stakeholders to address academic and administrative concerns.

• Lead initiatives that integrate Islamic values with modern education.
