Job Context
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Hafez / Islamic Teacher to join our institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for Qur’an memorization (Hifz), correct recitation with Tajweed, and foundational Nurani training for students. The role requires strong Islamic knowledge, discipline, and the ability to guide students academically, morally, and spiritually in a structured learning environment.
The candidate must be a Hafez-e-Qur’an, have completed Dawrah (Daora), and be capable of teaching students at different learning levels with patience and sincerity. This position is ideal for individuals committed to Islamic education and character development.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct Qur’an memorization (Hifz) classes effectively and systematically
Ensure correct Tajweed, pronunciation, and fluency in recitation
Conduct daily Nurani Qaida training for beginner-level students
Supervise regular Muraja’ah (revision) and assess students’ progress
Maintain discipline and a positive Islamic learning environment
Prepare lesson plans and daily study schedules as per institutional guidelines
Evaluate students through oral tests and regular assessments
Provide moral guidance and encourage Islamic values and etiquette
Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and student performance data
Communicate with the administration regarding student progress and challenges
Support school/madrasa activities and follow institutional policies
Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to Islamic conduct at all times
