Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure high academic standards through curriculum oversight, teaching quality monitoring, and academic planning.
∎ Manage daily school operations, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
∎ Oversee student discipline, attendance, well-being, and promote extracurricular involvement.
∎ Support teacher recruitment, development, evaluation, and provide ongoing pedagogical guidance.
∎ Maintain strong communication with parents and foster positive relationships within the school community.
∎ Assist in setting goals, driving school growth, and supporting marketing and admissions activities.
∎ Handle conflicts sensitively and play a key role in emergency preparedness and response.
∎ Prepare accurate reports and maintain school records in line with internal and external standards.
