An experienced Vice Principal will be appointed for the English Medium section of Little Flower International School, which has been operating for 26 years in Kazipara, Kafrul, in the capital.

Assist the Principal in planning and implementing academic programs

• Ensure quality teaching and curriculum standards are maintained

• Monitor classroom activities and support teachers’ performance

• Oversee daily school operations and discipline

• Prepare class schedules, exam routines, and school calendars

• Maintain school policies and ensure rules are followed

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate teachers

• Organize training sessions and professional development

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new teachers

• Handle student discipline and behavioral issues

• Support student development, counseling, and well-being

• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

• Supervise exams, grading systems, and result preparation

• Ensure fairness and accuracy in assessments

• Ensure school follows education board or English medium standards

• Support school improvement plans and strategic development
