Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching & admission tests.
∎ Maintain discipline in students & staff at all times.
∎ Organize various activities like parent-teacher Meetings, debates, drama, sports, quiz, etc.
∎ Conduct of admission tests.
∎ Full understanding of the National Curriculum & IGCSE Cambridge curriculum for enrichment of the existing Curriculum.
∎ Class observation and assist in carrying out appraisal of faculty.
∎ Full understanding of assessment and evaluation system to make progressive changes in process of measurement & evaluation of pupil performance.
∎ Knowledge & Understanding of Pedagogy and use of Av in class rooms.
∎ Manage day to-day operations on behalf of Principal.
∎ To induct, guide & support all categories of faculties in carrying out their academic responsibilities.
∎ Help in Library enrichment
∎ Ensuring Home Assignments, Holiday work, projects are given by subject teachers and timely corrected by them with clear feedback to the students.
∎ Extra classes, winter camp, Remedial teaching planning.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 yrs experience as Vice Principal in reputed educational institute.
∎ Good communicator
∎ Excellent writing skills
∎ Knowledge of Computers
∎ Writing & presentation skills
∎ Height minimum 5' 5"
∎ Honest, energetic, smart and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
