∎ Minimum of 07-10 years of experience as a vice-principal in a reputed Bangla Version School.
∎ Strong command over English in all forms and excellent administrative abilities.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Having the ability to run a school that is known for its academic and character education excellence.
∎ Must have skills in teaching and managing in an environment equipped with modern classrooms, technology-integrated learning, and extensive extracurricular facilities.
∎ Experience in shaping a positive school culture that actively engages parents, students, and the community.
