Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development of syllabi, teaching materials, session plans, and class routines as per BTEB curriculum.
∎ Implement academic policies, rules, and regulations.
∎ Conduct training and workshops aimed at improving the performance of teachers and staff.
∎ Oversee both academic and administrative functions of the Vocational School.
∎ Set benchmarks for institutional success and track performance.
∎ Collaborate with local and international vocational institutions to elevate the “Vocational Education” standards.
∎ Manage the Vocational budget, resources, and facilities efficiently.
