Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
VAT and Tax
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have clear Knowledge over Value Added Tax Act & Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.
∎ Should have clear Knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns through online in due time.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors. Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs, Tax and Govt. Offices.
∎ Computation and submission of advance income tax, filling of periodically withholding tax returns, annual statement of salary & allowances, prepare detailed AIT statements for tax return submission, collect AIT certificates and related documents and reconcile them with accounting records.
∎ Applicants having sound knowledge and responsible for all Tax related task.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently handle all Tax related works of the company.
∎ Preparation of Tax accounts, provide financial accounts Tax related strategic advice.
∎ Tax & VAT related correspondence with Tax & VAT office.
∎ Supply & Contact Works TDS & VDS follow up & get rebate.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local Income Tax Office as well as custom office, VAT commissioner, Division office, Circle office, Custom intelligence office etc.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
∎ Good knowledge in MS word and Excel
∎ Preference will be given to those who have good skills in English for written and verbal communication
