Responsibilities & Context:
Greetings customer and oversee the prescription
Handling Objection and Answering questions
Making Sells and collect payments from customer
Offering alternatives/introducing new products in case of unavailability (if)
Price Negotiation with customer (if)
Reviewing sales performance & Achieve monthly sales target
Maintaining strong CRM
Be alert to fraud minimization
Following SOP, Receive products from supplier
Making GRN and stock transfer
Administer injection and vaccines to the patient
To ensure the availability of vaccines and Injections
To maintain the cold chain for the vaccine.
Participate in Public Health (PH) services
Perform the regular duty of sales executive
