Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
∎ 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably working on digital products and applications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interaction Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
∎ Visual Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive design concepts that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure seamless integration of design elements.
∎ User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions.
∎ Responsive Design: Create designs that are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.
∎ Design Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design assets for development teams.
∎ Feedback Incorporation: Receive and provide constructive feedback to improve design solutions and collaboration within the team.
∎ Quality Assurance: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and maintain design integrity through testing phases
