∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Sketch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop insightful and effective approaches to design problems by creating research insight and transforming them into user interfaces that meet user needs, business needs, and technological constraints.
∎ Collaborate with other designers, business analysts, product managers, and developers from discovery to delivery and generate high-fidelity designs based on validated concepts.
∎ Evangelize design-thinking within the product development team.
∎ Design product experiences across web, desktop and mobile.
∎ Use prototypes, mockups, user journey flow to validate concepts with the end-users.
∎ Generate high-fidelity designs based on the validated concepts.
∎ Establish and promote best practices and design standards.
∎ Establish a balance between user goals and business goals while crafting a reach user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design field, with the emphasis on visual design and design thinking process.
∎ Ability to quickly prototype ideas in an iterative approach using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision App etc.
∎ Exceptional understanding of design principles and industry standards.
∎ Experience in building and maintaining a style guide and design system.
∎ Experience in validating designs with the end-users.
∎ Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to adjust the design approach.
∎ Experience documenting and communicating design decisions with the cross-functional teams.
∎ A portfolio showcasing your design experience.
∎ Knowledge of HTML and CSS development.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
