• Knowledge of camera operation and audio is highly desirable.

• Ability to respond rapidly and properly to issues that unexpectedly arise on air is necessary.

• Knowledge of studio lighting. Can work flexible hours and shifts including holidays and weekends.

• Must be an effective communicator and team-worker, able to work cooperatively with others, sometimes in stressful situations.

• Ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work from a standing position for a long time. Roaster-based duty (applicable night shift mandatory)

• Experience as a cameraman in TV or online media preferred

• Ability to work night shifts regularly

• Basic knowledge of camera angles, framing, and lighting

• Physically fit for long hours and outdoor shoots

• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented

• Operate television cameras for live and recorded programs

• Work closely with directors, producers, and other teams

• Operate studio cameras in different production setups

• Handle studio lights, including setting and changing bulbs

• Ensure punctual attendance, especially for night shifts

• Work on weekends and public holidays when required

• Perform outdoor shooting when assigned
