Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: The Sales Department needs an experienced Area Sales Manager for Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products, reaching the targets, Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base. Follow up the existing customers and monitor the sales team.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure unit wise sales target,
∎ New dealer searching,
∎ Ensure dealer performance,
∎ Ensure product available as per brand wise outlet target,
∎ Lead and Monitor the Sales Team,
∎ Monitor monthly performance report,
∎ Propose different plans for increase sales,
∎ Solve market related problems,
∎ Participate the monthly sales meeting,
∎ Analysis for sales developing,
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues.
