Job Context:
∎ Job Type - Office Desk Job
∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is a full time on-site job
∎ Attending at physical interview is a must
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flow needs and manage cash balances.
∎ Execute fund transfers and payments efficiently.
∎ Maintain relationships with banks & financial institutions, and negotiate terms and conditions of banking services and credit facilities.
∎ Evaluate and select banking partners to optimize services and minimize costs.
∎ Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
∎ Oversee the investment of surplus funds in short-term and long-term instruments.
∎ Evaluate investment opportunities to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
∎ Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage the company's debt portfolio, including issuance, repayment, and interest rate negotiations.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
∎ Prepare all sorts of financial reports.
∎ Provide accurate and timely information to the management and stakeholders.
∎ Analyze historical and projected cash flows to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization and reduce financing costs.
