∎ Maintain detailed records of participant feedback and training outcomes for ongoing improvement.
∎ Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote training programs effectively.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with prospective organizations to secure participant enrollments.
∎ Develop engaging digital content and strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms.
∎ Consistently meet or exceed participant enrollment targets for training programs.
∎ Participate in quarterly performance reviews to align with organizational goals.
∎ Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for training program expansion and partnerships.
