Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor gym floor activities to ensure safety and proper form during member workouts.
Help members load and unload weights or adjust machines when needed.
Conduct scheduled cleaning checks and ensure designated areas are neat and sanitized.
Provide guided tours of the gym to prospective members when sales or trainers are unavailable.
Be available to substitute in trainer duties during rush hours or staff absence.
