Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (MSS). Preferably, Anthropology Sociology/with ToT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work with the rural poor with a team and be flexible in challenging situation with the risks.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English spoken and writing reports along with computer proficiency are pre-requisites and able to pick up the needs (TNA) from among the rural poor and contribute to promote the capacity to lead the ESCR, Civil & Political rights through participatory planning and methodologies for internalization.
∎ Qualified and required Female candidates are mostly preferred for the positions.
∎ Ability to take risk and bear challenges of the remotest poor people's Human Rights living with them the villages.
∎ Experienced on Human Resource Development will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Salary on Probation Period 20,000/- Per month
