∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile phone repairing, Mobile Servicing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Cellular Phone Operator, Mobile Accessories

Job Context:
∎ Must have Experience working as a trainer.
∎ Expertise on mobile phone servicing (smart phone, normal mobile set)
∎ Must have experience on mobile phone servicing in any organization
∎ Must have minimum 2 years of proven experience on Mobile phone servicing.
∎ Priorities will be given to those who have experience in mobile phone Servicing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ design and develop training programs and provide feedback to the participants and the management as well;
∎ assess, identify and select training from outsource or in-house through available media;
∎ work in a team to provide training that is satisfactory to all and contribute to team by accomplishing results;
∎ monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with the authorities;
∎ engage and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
∎ track the performance and improvements target more accurately;
∎ buildup linkage to the respective industries for job placement of the trainees after completion of training; and
∎ submit a progressive report of the training holding in BGIFT Institute Of Science & Technology (BIST), which will be forwarded to BWCCI-SEIP as per requirements of this project.
