Responsibilities & Context:
For JG International Skill Craft Academy Ltd (JISCA)
Conduct theory and practical training as per CBT&A Level 4 standards.
Deliver lessons, demonstrations, and assessments to ensure trainee competency.
Prepare training plans, materials, and evaluation tools.
Maintain equipment, enforce safety, and promote discipline.
Track trainee progress and provide coaching support.
Stay updated on industry trends and qualification frameworks.
Participate in professional development and uphold quality standards.
