Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct English preparation classes for students, covering all four sections of the exam - Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Use a variety of teaching materials and methods to engage and educate students effectively.
∎ Create and update English course materials, lesson plans, and practice tests in line with the latest English exam requirements and standards.
∎ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each student and tailor your teaching approach to address their specific needs. Provide one-on-one guidance and feedback.
∎ Administer regular English speking mock tests to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide detailed feedback on test performance, suggesting strategies for enhancement.
∎ Conduct mock speaking tests, offering constructive feedback to help students enhance their fluency, pronunciation, and coherence.
∎ Assist students in developing strong writing skills, including essay structure, vocabulary, grammar, and coherence. Review and provide feedback on their written assignments.
∎ Teach effective strategies for improving reading comprehension and listening skills, such as note-taking and time management during the exam.
∎ Encourage and motivate students to stay committed to their IELTS preparation journey. Boost their confidence to perform well in the exam.
∎ Keep abreast of changes in the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your teaching skills.
∎ Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress. Share regular updates with students and their parents, if applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Effective communication, classroom management, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
∎ The ability to be patient, empathetic, and understanding, especially when working with students who are learning English as a second language.

∎ Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of English education.
∎ Strong command of the English language, including grammar, composition, and literature, is essential.
