Responsibilities & Context:
Facilitation of skills training in the skills centers according to the modules.
Development of training delivery plan, session plan, job sheet, progress reports, information sheet, observation checklist, etc., as needed.
Assist the operational aspects of center-based skills training programs in caregiving.
Ensuring the availability of learning course materials on time.
Provide practical training/practice sessions for the training participants on the subject matter as per the training module.
Ensure training quality and learning of the participants that would enable them to successfully complete the training and get certified.
To assist Senior Technical Trainer on technical content and instructional methods, upkeep, initiate necessary repairs and maintenance of the skills centers.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of the skills training participants information.
Execute any other task assigned by the supervisor/ management
