Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
∎ 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects and managing the team is a must.
∎ Must be confident in working in a fast-paced tech startup.
∎ Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals.
∎ Good project management skills and the ability to pay attention to qualitative and quantitative trends.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
∎ Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
∎ Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience; the ability to develop and coach a team.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to details.
∎ Passionate, highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish an internal communication thread for project-related updates.
∎ Understand project requirements and guidelines from the client.
∎ Create a project environment and provide access to relevant documentation and login credentials.
∎ Set a deadline for the demo and review Demo Completion Report and annotation results.
∎ Communicate benchmark with the sales team and update the client on demo completion.
∎ Define project workflow, team structure, SLA, etc. for sales team proposal preparation.
∎ Plan resources and spin up the team based on project requirements and data pipeline.
∎ Schedule team meetings and send project kick-off messages.
∎ Upload data, troubleshoot any issues, and track project progress and quality.
∎ Assign Shift Lead if necessary, deliver the project, and participate in project supervision.
∎ Create project budget and monitor adherence to budget.
∎ Prepare monthly dashboard reports on the team and individual performance metrics.
∎ Review salary preparation and conduct monthly Training Need Analysis.
∎ Direct involvement in all PDR 5 projects in terms of getting into calls to understand the status.
