Job Circular: Trainee Executive - Store
Overview:
RFL is a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy of business renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated Trainee Executive - Store. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports daily.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all materials.
Support in periodic stock taking and reconciliation of physical vs. system stock.
Coordinate with the procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and documentation.
