Job Circular: Trainee Executive - Store

Overview:

RFL is a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy of business renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated Trainee Executive - Store. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports daily.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all materials.

• Support in periodic stock taking and reconciliation of physical vs. system stock.

• Coordinate with the procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

• Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and documentation.
