Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Graduation and post-graduation in Accounting from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all Cash & Bank related transactions of Depot/Factory.
∎ Check & ensure timely payment of various bills as per group policy.
∎ Ensure to pass required accounting entries at ERP software.
∎ Ensure to post required entries at different Oracle-based software.
∎ Check & submit monthly accounts reports to HO.
∎ Prepare various VAT Challans & Maintain Vat Stock Ledger.
∎ Submit monthly VAT Return.
∎ Dealings with Govt. officials & ensure all Tax & VAT regarding payments.
∎ Assist HR in making salary & wages sheets.
∎ Visit various routes for actual cost checking.
∎ Perform Depot audit as an Internal Auditor as per instruction of the Mgt.
∎ Raise Fund requisition of funds to HO & maintain depot/factory accordingly.
∎ Complete various reconciliations as per mgt. instruction.
∎ Ready to perform any other work assigned by the mgt.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over MS Excel package.
∎ Have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have pressure management capability.
∎ English language proficiency both in speaking and writing.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
