• 2–4 years’ experience in tinplate or metal sheet printing.

• Familiar with offset printing machines and UV curing systems.

• Basic knowledge of color theory and ink handling.

Department: Production- Printing Unit

Location: Gazipur, Dhaka

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Summary: The Tin Printing Officer is responsible for operating and overseeing offset printing machines used for printing on Tin plates. Ensures print quality, color accuracy, and machine efficiency, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tinplate printing machines (e.g., 1-2 color offset Metal Printing presses).

• Set up print jobs according to artwork and job specifications.

• Inspect print quality (registration, color density, alignment) using quality tools.

• Mix and match inks as per design requirements.

• Ensure proper plate mounting and blanket cleaning.

• Maintain records of production, rejections, and ink/chemical usage.

• Coordinate with prepress, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

• Conduct minor machine maintenance and assist in breakdown troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
