∎ Should have prior experience in the marketing of food products.
∎ Preferably with experience working in a TSO (Territory Sales Officer) role.
∎ Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
∎ Have motorbike driving skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of WhatsApp and email communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Appoint new distributors (gap market) to expand market coverage.
∎ Sales targets creation, planning, and execution.
∎ Submit reports on sales performance, team progress, and market insights.
∎ Supervise and support Sales Officers to ensure strong field performance.
∎ Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales and visit reports.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.
