Job Context:
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is a brand initiated under the banner of ‘Nice Roks’ India. Within a very short time of its manufacture, kyros has insistently become famous in Bangladesh and India.
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Executive who is passionate about the Sales-Marketing sector and footwear industry. He will be working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to ensure the monthly sales target, managing the dealers of assign territory and monitor day to day activities of his team members.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve pair and turn over target of the demarcated territory for a stipulate time period.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
∎ To be vigilant on competitor's activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly.
∎ Manage and lead the team and dealer management also
∎ To attend any complain about product or service or any others related matters.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adapting and responding to change
∎ Ready to travel frequently
∎ Ownership; make decisions. is accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
∎ Following instructions and procedures
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
