Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vendor management- maintenance and repair tasks to appropriate vendors based on their expertise and availability.
∎ Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes to prevent delays in property preservation.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, vendor interactions, and property conditions.
∎ Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing updates on property conditions and preservation activities.
∎ Identify, vet, and onboard property preservation vendors, such as maintenance crews, landscapers, inspectors, and repair contractors.
