Responsibilities & Context:

• Vendor management- maintenance and repair tasks to appropriate vendors based on their expertise and availability.

• Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes to prevent delays in property preservation.

• Address and resolve any vendor & client issues or disputes promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, vendor interactions, client communications, and property conditions.

• Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing updates on property conditions and preservation activities.

• Identify, vet, and onboard property preservation vendors, such as maintenance crews, landscapers, inspectors, and repair contractors.
