∎ We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales Executive`s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
∎ To be successful as a Telesales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Telesales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service .
∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Support administrative work
∎ Communicate with Cooks and Diners if needed
∎ Other tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 21 years
∎ Must have good understanding of online systems and be able to navigate them (write and send emails, download and upload, use basic Microsoft Office, and typing)
∎ Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus Personable and Conversant
∎ Diligent and focused worker
∎ Able to multitask
∎ Problem solving mentality
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
