• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Group of Companies

• 5 Years experience in IP telephone exchange (EPABX’S) and main electronic telephone systems.
• For Foreman 2 years Experience as a foreman is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of VoIP protocols, standards, and technologies, such as SIP, RTP, H.323, codecs, QoS, and encryption· 
• Should understand network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT and firewall.

• Setting up and configuring hardware and software.
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and repair VoIP systems and equipment with various tools and methods.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users using verbal and written skills.
• Ability to learn new VoIP technologies and trends in order to keep up with the industry changes and developments.
• Testing and verifying the quality of IP systems,
• Troubleshooting issues when required and provide technical support.
• Regularly perform maintenance and updates.
• Be able to read and interpret drawings.
• Understand and implement pathway installation, including conduit and cable tray. 
• Must be able to work with other trades to coordinate installation, work with GC and Customer at a high level.
• Conferring with senior management, supervisory personnel to resolve matters.
• Scheduling the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines.
• Interpreting and explaining plans to field workers.
• Installation and assembly of various Telecommunications Devices .
• Installation of Prefabricated Components and Assemblies.
• Installation of Telecommunications Grounding Systems
