Upasham Plus, a healthcare initiative of Fame IT Networks Ltd., is hiring Telemedicine Medical Officers to join our Dhaka-based team. We are launching in February 2026 with a mission to improve healthcare access for underserved rural communities across Bangladesh through telemedicine. 

This role is ideal for compassionate, tech-friendly doctors who want to create real social impact while building a career in digital healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct video and audio consultations with rural patients

• Diagnose and manage common and chronic conditions including fever, respiratory infections, diabetes, hypertension, women’s health, pediatrics, and skin conditions

• Review patient medical histories and maintain proper consultation records

• Prescribe medication and provide follow-up care instructions

• Identify and refer emergency cases to appropriate facilities

• Coordinate with field health workers and partner clinics

• Participate in planning and execution of rural health camps

• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the telemedicine platform

• Attend weekly knowledge-sharing and professional development sessions
  
  

Note: Daily patient volume may vary from 0–100+ consultations. During low-volume periods, doctors are encouraged to focus on learning and skill development.

Educational Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
  
  

• Valid BMDC registration (mandatory)
  
  

• BMDC telemedicine training completed or willingness to complete (training cost covered by employer)
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  
  

• Prior experience in telemedicine, rural healthcare, or general practice is an advantage but not mandatory
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Age: 23–40 years

• Fluency in Bangla (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy and patience when dealing with rural patients

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology

• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of regional Bangladeshi dialects
  
  

• Experience communicating with patients from diverse backgrounds
  
  

• Comfort with video-based consultations

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable, based on experience)

Work Schedule

• Service Coverage: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (7 days/week)
  
  

• Shift Duration: 6–7 hours (rotational: 6 days a week)
  
  

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    
    

  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    
    

• Monthly duty roster provided in advance
