We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales targets. Strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally are essential. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, along with a positive mindset and goal-oriented approach.

Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.

Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.

Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.

Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.

Fresher’s & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.

Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
