Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for an experienced mechanical technician to support the North End`s various facilities functions in role of Technician.
∎ North End Coffee Roasters is a fast-growing coffee company based across 10 locations in Bangladesh that offers its 280 employees flexible working hours, attractive benefits and a friendly corporate environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and service all the equipment/machineries of the company's roastery and bakery in proper working condition by providing support to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all coffee making equipment (espresso machines, grinders etc.) in the company's cafes and in external client's cafés.
∎ Optimizing equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Keep maintenance and servicing records regularly.
∎ Provide peer-to-peer technical training as and when needed.
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts for machine breakdown and maintenance issues.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22750 - 36750 (Monthly)
∎ Commensurate with experience and skills.
