Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, B.Ed/M.Ed will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) in partnership with UNICEF is implementing Non-formal Education Project (NEP). JCF is inviting application for the position of Project Coordinator from competent candidate.
∎ Project: Non-formal Education Project (NEP).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in designing and implementation of education assessments (i.e. teachers training needs, learners' participation, LC management, parent/community involvement in education etc.)
∎ Participate in designing training programs based on needs assessments.
∎ Participate in the development of training module.
∎ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with Training Specialist and provide technical capacity building of Teachers and Program Organizers.
∎ Assist the Training Specialist in organizing and delivering trainings and workshops.
∎ Assess teachers' performance through observation, class visit, spot check and review of lesson plan.
∎ Support and participate in the interview process of new teachers.
∎ Review of curriculum, objectives, scope and sequence.
∎ Attend all workshops and trainings organized for teachers and staff.
∎ Coordinate and follow up of teaching materials.
∎ Ensure integration of program approach with other sectors.
∎ Support the development of M&E tools and systems to measure and analyze learning outcomes.
∎ Support in creating and reviewing tests and assessments tools.
∎ Report on activities and results to POs and relevant staff when require.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum five years working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum three years' experience in technical support to education program staff
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge on local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
∎ Having valid motor cycle license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
