Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with degree or diploma in ICT/ Computer Science.

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve program objectives and targets effectively and efficiently
∎ Support to Savar/Satkhira Project Team to ensure day to day smooth operation of the PEPSEP Project
∎ Assist to the Area Manager/Project Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual plan (operational and promotional) and budget
∎ Conduct and support project team to carry out baseline, end line, geographical, primary, secondary data (e:g surroundings areas, population, target populations, service providers, children's, adolescents and etc) for smooth functioning of the PEPSEP Project.
∎ Develop comprehensive Monitoring Plan in consultation with Area Manager, M&E Officer, MIS Officer and implement it.
∎ Ensure monthly/quarterly monitoring visit to the hospital/lab for quality monitoring of the project activities
∎ Assist in developing Project Quality Assurance System in coordination with M&E Officer and ensure it to implementation in Project Areas.
∎ Regular field visit to ensure monitoring of PEPSEP activities as per project plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) and keep record
∎ Identify strengths and weaknesses of project activities and devise plan for improvement.
∎ Work closely with BCC team and guide for ensuring quality of BCC activity in the field level (e.g: Court yard session, video show, one to one, group session etc)
∎ Assist to M&E Officer, Area Manager, and Project Manager for developing documents (e.g: Project Logical Framework (LFA), Monitoring tools, BCC materials, Protocol, SOP etc).
∎ Perform liaison works regarding quality assurance with project team and Health Service Providers.
∎ Work in close coordination with Area Manager, MIS Officer, Service Promoters & Finance and Admin Officers
∎ Developing active liaison with Govt health departments, Health Service Providers, Local government and referral organizations.
∎ To supervise collection, compilation and tabulation of all field data in the standard formats as advised/suggested by management/donors
∎ Make available the records and information and present to the donors in respect of the services performed by PEPSEP Project
∎ Prepare and assist for progress reports as per project/donors' requirements.
∎ Attend regular meetings (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) with project staff, Govt, Municipality, Hospital and lab owner/association and provide feedback regarding target, achievements, gaps and quality aspect of Project
∎ Visit specialist doctors/lab technician to ensure Voucher scheme receiver rights in relation with health service.
∎ Creates bonding among the PEPSEP project staffs to lead, enable and maintain DAM's mission, vision & values.
∎ Undertake any other duties as and when necessary to fulfill the objectives of the PEPSEP Project component.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must require valid Motorcycle driving license and have to ride motorcycle in the field area
∎ At least 05 years working experiences in NGO health management and advocacy.
∎ Experience in implementing health project for below poverty level (BPL) people and health financing will be given preference.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
