∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Graphics Design,Photo Editing,Adobe Applications
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics Design,Photoshop,Adobe Applications
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design, Strong communication skills., Team management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Graphics Design, Photo Edit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage and control production schedule for the available orders
∎ Communicate with Customer Support team regarding order related issues
∎ Rewrite the instructions in easy and understandable Bangla format
∎ Review Service Categories to ensure accuracy
∎ Help subcontractors by clearing regarding order requirements
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination among team members
∎ Analyze order management issues to detect and correct problems
∎ Prepare different periodical reports for department head or supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Flexible to work shift wise (Morning, Evening or Night)
∎ Highly skilled in graphic design and photo editing using Adobe Applications
∎ Good leadership and team management skill
∎ Knowledge of business and management principles
∎ Descent skill in reading and writing English and Bangla
