∎ Tritech Building Services Ltd. is one of the leading air conditioning firms of Bangladesh. We undertake Supply / Installation / Testing & Commissioning job of commercial air conditioning projects all over Bangladesh.
∎ Tritech Building Services Ltd. has successfully Air Conditioned many of the Country`s Commercial / Industrial / Residential Buildings including Premier Hospitals, Hotels, Government Buildings, Pharmaceuticals etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist ,guide ,monitor& to shoot troubles in day to day operation
∎ To prepare periodical budget and forecasting, taking approval from the top management
∎ Maintain each project cost separately, identify variances if occur and produce Profit & loss statement based on each project
∎ Must have clear concept of cost accounting
∎ To deal with bankers, lawyer, Tax advisors & others Govt. departments and other regulatory authorities
∎ To supervise fixed asset movement, control and valuation, receivables, payables, advances and general accounting functions and ensure weekly reconciliation to strengthen internal control.
∎ To handle VAT, Tax, Customs Duty, AIT Deduction etc.
∎ To follow up, monitor and complete step by step import related tasks in cost effective manner
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hour
∎ Should have Can Do attitude, Self motivated & result oriented
∎ Good command over computer-mail, Internet, Report writing & MS Office
∎ Experience working with ERP systems
∎ Ability to maintain good relationship with bank for renew banking facilities & enhancement of new limit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good command in computer application programs e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, accounting software etc.
∎ Should have skill writing in English & Bengali languages.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
