• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Jagannath University,North South University students will get preference

• Age 20 to 35 years

• 2nd Year, 3rd Year and 4th year and above students with CGPA 3.5 and above (English / Education / Linguistics preferred).

• Strong proficiency in grammar and written English.

• Previous teaching/tutoring experience in a coaching centre is an advantage.

• Confident presentation skills.

• Patient, approachable, and student-friendly personality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

• Assist lead instructors in conducting classes and examining the scripts.
• Provide one-to-one and group support to learners to strengthen their skills.
• Help in preparing class materials, worksheets, and presentation slides.
• Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor student progress and share updates with the lead teacher.
• Manage small group discussions and interactive activities to build confidence.
