Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
∎ Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance their learning experiences.
∎ Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
∎ Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create a strong support system for students.
∎ Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and development.
∎ Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and early childhood education trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Teaching certification or licensure relevant to the jurisdiction.
∎ Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education is an advantage.
∎ Good Spoken English
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
∎ Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a well-structured classroom environment.
