Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in English, Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ Degree in Child Education Development will be an added advantage for preschool teachers.
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in English for primary section.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for preschool section for young and energetic applicants.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with proven exceptional skills/experience.
Experience Requirements:

∎ Job Location : Rangpur, Keranipara.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and control a full schedule of preschool or primary school activities.
∎ Organize basic care-giving activities.
∎ Teach and Supervise all preschool or primary school activities
∎ Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, art and craft etc) to enhance the child's abilities
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of school equipments, materials and toys
∎ Evaluate children's performance to ensure they are on the right learning track
∎ Collaborate with other colleagues
∎ Adhere with the School's teaching standards and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a Teacher/ Supervisor is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent knowledge of child development and education methods
∎ Methodical and creative
∎ Patience, flexibility and love for children
∎ Strong communication and time management skills
∎ Clear understanding of Child Health and Safety issues
∎ (Preference shall be given to those with O/A Level background).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Remuneration commensurate to skills and experience and will vary from preschool to primary section.
