Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters in relevant discipline with O and A level background.
∎ (Deserving candidates can show experience).
∎ Candidates with better CGPA will get preference ensuring other qualification(s).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to take the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure quality of education.
∎ You will get enough facilities to teach at your ease but the output has to be a standard one related to the existing service market.
∎ Conduct classes in accordance with the Syllabus and academic guidelines of the school.
∎ Apply new and active teaching methodology in class.
∎ Design lessons, assignments and assessments as per the academic guidelines of the school
∎ Act as advisor/class teacher to students
∎ Prepare and Maintain grades and report cards for students
∎ Conduct Parent Teacher meetings and keep parents updated on the progress of their child
∎ Other Ad-hoc Academic and Administrative duties as needed by the institution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience minimum 3 years in the field of Teaching Bengali Language and Literature.
∎ Computer Literacy in MS Office and Outlook, Ability to teach using online platforms (MS Teams, Zoom)
∎ Professional knowledge in Cambridge training, Training in different Teaching Methodologies. Good pedagogical knowledge and practice is appreciated.
∎ We prefer the candidates who are goal oriented and can handle jobs under pressure.
∎ Strong communication skill in English.
