• Bachelor/Master in relevant subject (Mathematics) from reputed institute.

• Must be well-groomed, hardworking, sincere, well-mannered, and a team player with strong intelligence and work ethics.

• A good command of English and Bangla is essential.· Candidates need to show a willingness to upgrade themselves to fit our teaching methodology.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain the decorum of the class.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

• Should have the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students are allowed to explore concepts and apply them to real life situations.

• Should have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.

• Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately measure students’ performance.

• Should have the ability to conduct class in English Version and Preparing lesson plans.

• Ensuring active participation of students in classes

• Checking student work

• Ensuring students are fully prepared for the exams
