∎ Professional certifications: Cambridge CELTA OR Trinity Cert TESOL

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience: Some face-to-face classroom-based communicative English language teaching experience post-CELTA/MA in ELT/TESOL
∎ Language Skills: Candidates must demonstrate an exceptional command of the English language, achieving full proficiency across all four skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—comparable to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) C2 level or an IELTS academic module score of 8 to 9 in each section.

∎ Provide feedback, promote learner autonomy.

∎ Complete administrative tasks.
