∎ A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs;
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla and Computer literacy skills. English will be added an advantages.
∎ Experience of working with disadvantaged & traumatized children independently with skilled teams.
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities, local government/elected representatives, service providers and institutions.
∎ Good team working skills.
∎ Disseminate training to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The persons (1 in Dhaka and 1 in Jamalpur) will be responsible to implement the education activities for shelter based and non-institutional children.
∎ He/she will be responsible for enrolling children in formal schools/follow-up, providing after school education, protection and safety for all children.
∎ The teachers will ensure all admission and education records in the children’s individual files.
∎ They will also provide assessment of children’s education progress.
∎ They will provide monthly reports to the Manager.
