Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Abacus & Mental Math classes, extra/makeup sessions, PTM, counselling, fee collection, maintain reports, guide competition prep, assist in demo classes & research new techniques.
- Conduct EYFS-based fun learning sessions, storytelling, art & play activities; monitor child progress; maintain classroom discipline & hygiene; communicate with parents; assist in school events.
- Supervise teachers, ensure daily operations, maintain discipline, coordinate parent communication, organize events & reports, monitor EYFS curriculum, assist admission & PTM.
